TERMS / PROGRAMMES

Our Tariff and programmes are designed to give flexibility in creating holiday packages for travelers FIT accommodations and Optional Tours are modules for sale. Accommodation is the minimum module required to qualify the purchase of Tours and Transportation as specified in the tariff/Programmes.

Rates

All prices quoted are subject to revision without notice Travel Relation reserves the right to pass on any increase in rates caused by the changes in local, state or federal taxes. At times, due to high occupancy, hotels may not apply contract rates. In such instances, other rates will be quoted.

ACCOMMODATION

Hotel accommodation is generally on "run-off-house" basis. However, in the event hotel accommodation in the requested hotel is not available, every effort will be made for an alternate and will be advised accordingly.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining valid travel documents and information pertaining to laws and customs of their destination. Travel Relation is not responsible for any charges; fees or penalties that subsequently may be imposed by any governmental agency or for charges incurred due to incomplete or incorrect travel documents.

CONFIRMATION

Travel Relation will do its best in order to give a positive confirmation in maximum 24 hours for all requests coming out of the rate list.

CHILD POLICY

Child Policy varies from each hotel-to-hotel. At the time of booking, the number of children accompanying parents should be specified along with details of their ages to avoid any embarrassing situation at the time of check-in.

HOTEL CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES

Normal Check-in-time on day of arrival is 1400 hours. If client arriving by an early morning flight and room needed on arrival, the room should be reserved from the previous night. The checkout time on the day of departure is 1200 hours. If client intend to checkout late, please note that the hotel is entitled to charge additional charges directly to client accordingly.

Bookings

Passengers must register minimum 4 weeks before departure along with their passport, photographs, as for the requirements and registration fee of Rs. 10000/-. Balance payment to be made a clear 3 weeks before departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation deadline in general for hotel rates are 3 working days prior to arrival date, unless specified in the tariff or at the time of confirmation. For FIT following cancellation charges will be applicable:

If cancellation is made 15 - 10 dys prior to departure-50% of tour cost.

If cancellation is made 10 - 05 dys prior to departure-75% of tour cost

If cancellation is made 05 - 01 dys prior to departure-100% of tour cost

In case of no show 100% of tour cost.

Due to supplier policies it is necessary to charge cancellation fees. All cancellations must be made in writing either by letter, fax or e-mail to our office. Any cancellation of a guaranteed/reconfirmed reservation will attract minimum 1 night cancellation charge.

Any change of booking within 3 working days is considered as cancellation and the applicable cancellation fees will be levied accordingly. For no-shows the cancellation policy will vary from each hotel-to-hotel.

For packages and some of the hotel properties, different cancellation policies do apply. Travel Relation will notify you on this along with the confirmation of each booking.

REFUNDS

Requests for refund should be made in writing within 14 days after the schedule completion of the services. Refund requests for curtailed stay cannot be processed unless provided with documentary evidence from the supplier. All refund requests are subject to obtaining a refund approval from our suppliers and no refunds can be given without this approval. The supplier reserves the right to process and whether or not to approve the refund requests and if necessary charge an administrative fee.

For packages, no refunds can be processed for partially utilized services and no-shows.

Reservations consisting of 10 pax or more traveling together constitute a group, although this may be booked through the individual department. This will mean that group booking/cancellation will apply and that a different rate may apply.

RESPONSIBILITY

It is understood that Travel Relation acts as agent only for all services covered hereby. Further we shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage resulting from acts of God, dangers, fire, breakdown of machinery, equipment or vehicles, acts of government authority, wars, civil disturbances, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines or any delays or changes, including any extra expense which the passenger may incur as a result of any of the foregoing causes.

Further, Travel Relation does not operate nor own or control any means of transportation, sightseeing and accommodation and therefore cannot assume any liability in case of injury loss, damage, delay or accident, delay or irregularity which may be caused by defect in any vehicle or for any reason whatsoever, or through acts or default of any supplier or company or person engaged in carrying out the arrangements.

Passengers are advised to obtain medical insurance covering their stay abroad. Travel Relation bears no liability for any costs towards illness accidents etc.

Travel documents, including visas, as well as compliance with customs regulations, are responsibility of the clients. Travel Relation will not be responsible for costs incurred by passengers not having proper passports or visas.

BROCHURE ACCURACY

Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information at the time of printing we cannot accept responsibility for any errors of omissions and reserve the right to vary, amend or cancel any of the arrangements featured in this tariff/brochure should we find such alterations necessary. We will of course do our best to inform you of changes, but prices may be subject to change without notice as well as ownership.

The details and information included in the tariff are subject to change and all liability for loss, disappointment, negligence or other damage caused by this is hereby excluded.
