Day 03 : Florence
Today After breakfast at the Hotel. You proceed to the Florence which is one of the most beautiful and ancient cities in Italy and the world. It gave birth to many of the men who have more profoundly influenced the course of human history in every field of knowledge, art, literature and philosophy. Most of the world artistic patrimony is believed to be here, in Florence. Check-in at hotel, The day is free. You can explore this overwhelming city of Beauty and culture by sampling walking around its ancient streets. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 04 : Florence-Pisa
After Breakfast at the Hotel. A splendid excursion through the fertile and picturesque Tuscan countryside to the historic university city of Pisa, famous for its architectural beauty. Upon arrival in Pisa, guided walking tour of Piazza dei Miracoli, with the celebrated Leaning Tower (exterior), the Baptistery (exterior) and other important monuments. This is followed by a visit to the interior of the Cathedral, an unrivalled masterpiece of Romanesque art constructed between the 11th and 12th centuries. Free time at your disposal. Those who are interested can take a pleasant walk with our tour escort and reach Piazza dei Cavalieri, where you can admire the historic Scuola Normale, one of the most famous universities in the world. Back to Florence. Day at leisure. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 05 : Naples
Arrive in the Capital of the Campania Region of Italy- Naples Napoli in Italian. It sits on the coast on the northern edge of the Bay of Naples, one of the most beautiful bays in Italy. Check in to the Hotel. Day is free to relax. Tonight (on you own) you indulge your self the Pizza, one of Italy's most famous foods, originated in Naples and pizza is taken very seriously here. You'll find lots of great pizza places but be sure you look for one with a wood-burning oven! Overnight in Naples.

Day 06 : Capri & Anacapri
Today after Breakfast, proceed for a Full day excursion to Capri & Anacapri. From the harbour you board the Jet boat for the 45 minute crossing to Marina Grande, the port of Capri. Here you will then board motorboats and visit the Blue Grotto (if weather and sea conditions permit). Later you proceed for a panoramic tour of Capri Island eventually arriving at Anacapri situated at 280 meters above sea level from where you will have a wonderful view of the bay of Naples. After lunch in a local restaurant(on your Own), you will then have some free time before returning to Marina Grande to board the boat back to Naples. Entering the port of Naples, don't miss this opportunity to admire the splendid Certosa of San Martino and the Royal Palace (a fortress of the 12th century). Tour ends after disembarkation. Rest of the day is free. Tonight (on you own) if you are Seafood savvy can indulge you self in Seafood which is an abundant and very good in Naples, The best is Spaggatti with clam and mussels. Overnight in Naples.

Day 07 : Rome
Breakfast in the Hotel. Arrive into the Eternal City Rome. Check into the Hotel. Later proceed for a tour in this Imperial City the starting from Piazza Venezia with its impressive monument dedicated to King Victor Emanuel II and the Unknown Soldier you then continue on foot to the famous Piazza del Campidoglio designed by Michelangelo from where you will have a fantastic view of the Roman Forum. Our coach will continue by the Circus Maximus and the Pyramid of Caius Cestius before arriving at the Basilica of St. Paul outside the walls* (visit inside). The tour will be completed with a stop outside the imposing Colosseum. Return to the vicinity of your hotel. Time at leisure. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 08 : Rome
Breakfast in the Hotel. A Visit to the Vatican Museum. The tour begins by through Piazza della Repubblica with the Fountain of the Nayads and following the ancient Aurelian walls which once surrounded the ancient city. En route you will see the famous Villa Borghese park and the northern gate of the ancient city leading into Piazza del Popolo where you will see an Egyptian obelisk dating back to the time of Ramses II. Finally, on arrival at the Vatican Walls, your guide will then lead you into the Vatican Museums* taking the beautiful Spiral staircase and continuing through the Gallery of the Tapestries and the Gallery of the Geographical Maps before arriving in the famous Sistine Chapel* with its magnificent fresco of the Last Judgement by Michelangelo. Return to the vicinity of your hotel.

Day 09 : Departure
Breakfast in the Hotel.
In the morning, according to your flight, departure to Rome airport. Tour End

Day 02 : SAN GIMIGNANO - SIENA - B/L

Day 3rd : COOKING LESSON - MONTALCINO - WINE TASTING - B/L
Breakfast. In the morning hands-on cooking lesson, concentrated on "antipasti" (Hors d'oevre) or classic Tuscan home-made pasta or meat main course. Lunch based on what it has been prepared.
Afternoon outing to Montalcino, the stately town within a castle that produces one of Italy's most prestigious wines, the Brunello di Montalcino DOCG. Guided walking tour of the historical centre and visit the small Enoteca, built into a hillside. Transfer to the winery, visit the winery museum and a wine tasting. Overnight in the Country House.

Day 4th : MONTEPULCIANO - WINE TASTING - PIENZA - B/L
Breakfast. Morning dedicated in the discovery of a large Tuscan red wine, the Rosso Nobile di Montepulciano. Arrival at Montepulciano, a guided walking tour of the historical centre, called the pearl of the Five Hundreds. During the visit, stop at one of the oldest wineries situated in the heart of the city. Wine tasting. Lunch in a typical restaurant. Next, visit of an olive mill.

Day 5th : FLORENCE - B/D
Breakfast in the Country House. Transfer to Florence. Accomodation in hotel and in the morning guided sightseeing tour of Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance, including the splendid Duomo, crowned with the magnificent Brunelleschi Dome and the Baptistry with its exquisite golden doors by Ghiberti, Giotto's Bell Tower, Town hall Square (Piazza della Signoria). Rest of afternoon at leisure for optional sightseeing or shopping. Dinner in a typical ancient restaurant(an old monastery) just outside Florence: traditional atmosphere with luminous dining rooms, stone walls, huge outdoor courtyard and wonderful fountain surrounded by beautiful array of flowers where guests can enjoy their lunch listening to traditional music and folklore songs. Transfer back to the Hotel and possibility of enjoying the nightlife in Florence. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 6th : PISA - LUCCA - B/L
Breakfast. Leave for Pisa, a city of aristocratic look and a complex of monuments amongst the most representative in Italian architecture, as the famous Leaning Tower on the "Campo dei Miracoli". Lunch in a typical restaurant. Continue to Lucca birth place of the famous composer Puccini. A guided walking tour winds through the small streets visiting the church of San Michele and the Duomo finishing in the area of the amphitheatre. Return to Florence before dinner, time at leisure to discover the town. Overnight in Hotel

Day 7th : CHIANTI - B/D
Breakfast. Visit to the Chianti region including the medieval village of Montefioralle, an old butchers shop in Greve, olive oil production with a tasting and Chianti tasting in a well known wine cellar in heart of Chianti Classico. In the evening Farewell dinner in a splendid typical Osteria. Overnight in Florence.

Day 8th : DEPARTURE - B
