Day 1: Bordeaux
Arrival at Paris airport. Meet
and greet and transfer to city
centre to board the TGV train
(high speed train) 2nd class to
Bordeaux.
Upon arrival, meet local assistance
on the platform and
transfer to hotel. Dinner and
overnight at hotel.
Day 2: Bordeaux / Sarlat
Morning guided orientation tour of Bordeaux, the wine city boasting 3
UNESCO world heritage monuments. Drive to Saint-Emilion, renowned
worldwide for its exquisite wines, and visit a vineyard followed by wine tasting.
Continue to Bergerac and Monbazillac : Stop to visit the Castle a unique
and original blend of mediaeval defensive
fortifications and Renaissance exuberance.
Enjoy tasting the white wine of the
Domain of Monbazillac with Foie Gras
toasts. Continue to Sarlat . Overnight at
hotel.
Day 3: Sarlat
Full day sightseeing of Sarlat and its surroundings:
Discover Sarlat la Canéda, city of art and history housing an invaluable
architectural heritage. Proceed to Montignac to visit the Lascaux caves
showing paintings of the Paleolithic era. Return to Sarlat with stops en route
in the picturesque villages of Beynac and Cazenac, la Roque-Gageac. Board a
gabarre, a typical boat of the region for one hour promenade. Dinner at
local restaurant within walking distance of hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 4: Sarlat / Rocamadour
Mid morning departure to Domme with local guide: Discover this beautiful village
offering a splendid view over the Dordogne valley on board of a little
train. Continue to Rocamadour via Souillac. Balance of the day at leisure.
Overnight at hotel.
Day 5: Rocamadour
Morning guided tour of Rocamadour, shrine perched
on a limestone cliff, looking out over the Valley: Visit
the sanctuaries and St Sauveur Basilica. Afternoon
entirely at leisure. Typical dinner and overnight at
hotel.
Day 6: Rocamadour / Toulouse
Drive to Toulouse via Cahors. Guided orientation tour of
this city: Visit the old quarters, the ramparts, the Valentré
bridge an exceptional example of mediaeval architecture
and St Etienne Cathedral. Continue to Toulouse also
called “the pink city”. Enjoy a guided tour of this cultural
and historic city including a
visit to St Sernin Basilica.

Day 7: Toulouse / Paris
Morning transfer to station with local assistance to
board 2nd class TGV train to Paris. Meet and greet on the platform and transfer
to hotel. Evening round trip transfer to a typical Parisian Brasserie for

Day 1: Paris/Rouen
Arrival at Paris airport. Meet and
greet, board your coach and leave
immediately for Rouen. Free day.
Dinner at hotel. Overnight.
Day 2 : Rouen/Caen
Breakfast at hotel. Departure for
Etretat: Free time to discover the
Etretat cliffs, one of France’s greatest
geological curiosities. After lunch,
departure for Caen via Honfleur,a picturesque old fishing village with slate roofs and
Deauville, renowned seaside and casino resort. Overnight at hotel. Lunch and dinner
not included.
Day 3: Caen
Breakfast at hotel. Guided tour of the historic DDay Landing Beaches. After lunch,
departure for Bayeux and its famous Tapestry representing the Battle of Hastings
and William the Conqueror’s conquest of England. Departure for Caen, guided tour
of the city. Dinner and overnight at hotel. Lunch not included.
Day 4: Caen/St Malo
Breakfast at hotel. Departure for the Mont Saint Michel. Guided visit of the Abbey,
known as the jewel of the West. After lunch, proceed to Saint-Malo, the medieval
garrison town surrounded by ramparts which include portions dating from the 14th,
15th and 16th centuries. The city is also known as the “city of Privateers” because
during the 17th and 18th centuries the most lucrative activity of its inhabitants,
mostly seamen, was raiding Spanish and English vessels. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 5: St Malo
Breakfast at hotel. Guided tour of
Saint-Malo intra-muros with local
guide. Departure to Dinard, famous
seaside resort. Discover the city, its
famous Promenade. Afternoon
guided excursion to the medieval
city of Dinan.. Dinner and overnight
at hotel. Lunch not included.
Day 6: St Malo/Roscoff
Breakfast at hotel. Scenic drive west to Morlaix. Stop en route at Cape Frehel, the
magnificient head land of pink sandstone and declining schist. Guided tour of
Morlaix, its stone, half-timbered or corbelled houses (16th and 17th C).and its magnificent
bay. Continue to Roscoff, another corsair city braving the sea in its granite
setting. Overnight at hotel. Lunch and dinner not included.
Day 7: Roscoff/Quimper
Breakfast at hotel. Departure to Quimper with local guide . Stop in Guimiliau, and
its awesome calvaries of (more than 200 figures depicted on two levels) (1581-
1588), Saint-Thégonnec (1610), Pleyben (28 episodes of the life of Christ) (1555)
and of Plougonven (1554) are the most spectacular..
Guided visit of Locronan a small
town of major historic interest built on
major druidic centre. Continue to Quimper,
the Capital of Cournouaille, city of art and
history : See the splendid Saint-Corentin
cathedral and visit the “faience” museum.
Dinner and overnight at hotel. Lunch not
included.
Day 8: Quimper/Vannes
Breakfast at hotel. Departure towards Vannes. Stop at Concarneau, a charming
town enclosed in granite ramparts and boasting
a bustling fishing port. Continue to Pont-
Aven, the picturesque setting that drew the
attention of Paul Gauguin who extensively
painted the town and its surroundings. Visit
the Trémalo chapel and admire Gauguin’s
“Yellow Christ” Proceed to Vannes.
Overnight at hotel. Lunch and dinner not
included.
Day 9: Vannes
Breakfast at hotel. Full day guided visit of Vannes and surrounding area : Visit the
old quarters enclosed in ramparts grouped around St Peter’s cathedral.. Afternoon
devoted to the discovery of the Morbihan coast with stops in Quiberon, famous sea
resort, and Carnac renowned for its mysterious megaliths: Visit
the Prehistoric museum. Dinner and overnight at hotel. Lunch
not included.
Day 10: Vannes/Paris
Breakfast at hotel. Long drive to Paris, via the famous forest of
Paimpon also known as the forest of the legendary King Arthur,
and Rennes. Continue to Paris. In the evening, transfer to a typical
French brasserie for farewell dinner. Overnight at hotel.

Full day guided sightseeing beginning
with an orientation tour of
Caen : See the Abbaye aux Hommes, the Abbaye aux Dames, the Ducal castle
and the Renaissance style hotel d’Escoville. Proceed to Bayeux : Visit to the
center housing the famous Tapestry celebrating and recording for posterity
the events of the Battle of Hastings and the victory of William the Conqueror.
Return to Caen via Cabourg : a charming seaside resort. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3: Caen / Saint-Malo
Departure to Saint-Malo with a stop en
route in the Mont Saint-Michel : Guided
visit of the Abbey, known as “the jewel

mediaeval city surrounded by ramparts

Day 4: Saint-Malo / Tours
Long day drive to Tours via Rennes and
Le Mans. Upon arrival, check-in at hotel. Balance of the day at leisure.

Day 5: Tours
Full day guided sightseeing: Discover Tours, former Capital of the Kingdom of
France, rich with history and a well preserved heritage. Then, on to Amboise
to visit the most Italian of the Loire Valley châteaux, which shelters an
impressive collection of Renaissance furniture. Proceed to Chenonceau : built
on the river Cher, where the unique beauty of its architecture is reflected in
the water. the Château de Chenonceau is the Loire Valley’s finial.
Return to Tours. Overnigth at hotel.
Day 6: Tours / Bordeaux
Departure to Bordeaux, the city of wines. Stop in the Médoc area to visit a
vineyard followed by wine tasting. Check-in at hotel. Balance of the day at
leisure. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 7: Bordeaux / Carcassonne
Departure to Carcassonne. Stop in Toulouse and enjoy a guided
orientation tour of this city rich in history. Upon arrival in

Day 8: Carcassonne / Avignon
Drive to Avignon via Nimes and Pont du Gard including short

Day 9: Avignon
Entire day dedicated to the discovery of Provence, a picturesque region rich in
history, culture and traditions: Begin with an orientation tour of Avignon
including a visit to the magnificent Palace of the Popes. On to Arles, the
Roman city and visit to the well preserved arenas. Return to Avignon via les
Baux de Provence, one of the most beautiful villages of France located on top
of a rock. Overnight at hotel.
Day 10: Avignon / Nice
Long drive to Nice, pearl of the French Riviera, via Aix en Provence and
Cannes including short stops. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 11: Nice
Full day guided sightseeing including orientation
tour of Nice :Stroll along the famous
Promenade des Anglais and see the picturesque
flower market. Continue to the prestigious
principality of Monaco via the mediaeval
perched village of Eze. Return to Nice in the
late afternoon. Overnight at hotel.
Day 12: Nice/Lyon
Long day drive to Lyon via Valence. Upon arrival, enjoy a guided orientation
tour of Lyon, the roman city, former Capital of the Three Gauls. Dinner and
overnight at hotel.
Day 13: Lyon/Paris
Day drive to Paris. Upon arrival, time at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 14: Paris
Half day sightseeing tour of the city : the Pont Neuf (Paris’ oldest bridge), the
Palais Royal, the Champs de Mars and the Invalides; Stop for one hour cruise
on the River Seine. Continue the tour through the the Bastille and the
Conciergerie. Then, view the modern part of the city from the square of the
Opera along the elegant Rue de la Paix to the famed Champs-Elysées. Rest of
the day at leisure. Evening round trip transfer to
