Day 1
Arrival at Cairo International Airport
where our representative will welcome
you and transfer you to your hotel.
Optional : Enjoy a veg/non-veg
Indian dinner.
Overnight at Sheraton
Royal Gardens or similar in Cairo.
Day 2
After your buffet breakfast (8am),
visit the Egyptian Museum of
Antiquities, which houses one of the
largest collections of ancient Egyptian
artifacts including the famous
treasures of King Tutankhamen.
13.00 hrs : Indian lunch.
Continue to visit the Great Pyramids of Giza - Cheops, Chephren and
Mykerinos (one of the Seven Wonders
of the world), and their defending
Sphinx. Visit the Papyrus Institute
and see live how the ancient crafts and
papyrus paintings used to be made.
Optional Dinner Cruise :
2 hours with belly dancer, Oriental
Show, and veg/non-veg open buffet. Return to your Cairo hotel for
overnight.
Day 3
After breakfast enjoy the day at
leisure to explore this exciting city, or choose an optional excursion to
Alexandria Departure from Cairo (7.30 hrs) by
A/Ccoach through the desert road to
Alexandria, the second largest city and
the main port of Egypt. Known as
the "Pearl of the Mediterranean",
it has an atmosphere more
Mediterranean than Middle Eastern.
Continue to the Pompey's Pillar
which stands 25 meters high and is
one of the most prominent remaining
Greek landmarks.
As we drive by the coastal cornice,
we enter the Montaza Palace and
Gardens.
Evening : Transfer to the sleeper train
for departure to Aswan.
Enjoy a veg/non-veg dinner and
breakfast onboard.
Day 4
As you enjoy your breakfast onboard,
we arrive into Aswan.
On arrival our representatives will
meet and assist you and transfer you
onboard the Presidential Nile Cruise
Ship for a 3 nights Nile Cruise :
Aswan to Luxor
Embarkation and some time to refresh.
Enjoy a veg/non-veg lunch onboard.
Today visit the High Dam, the pride
of Aswan and a structure of
utmost ingenuity. This is where
Aswan ends and Nubia begins.
An ideal panoramic view of Aswan
can be seen here. Continue by motor boat to visit
Philae Temple, one of the best
preserved temples and rebuilt stone
by stone on an island.
Sail to Kom Ombo.
On arrival visit Kom Ombo Temple
dedicated to the two gods Horus and
Sobek. This temple is unique as it is
actually a fusion of two temples with
two separate gateways and one of the
first chapels.
Sail to Edfu. Enjoy a veg/non-veg
dinner. Overnight onboard your
Nile Cruise Ship. (B, L, D)
Day 5
After your buffet breakfast, visit the
Temple of Edfu dedicated to the god
Horus.
Sail to Esna and cross the "Lock"
which regulates the water level of the
Nile while ships pass through onto
Luxor. Continue sailing to Luxor
while you enjoy your veg/non-veg
dinner.
Overnight onboard your Nile

Day 6
After a filling buffet breakfast,
we visit the West Bank of the Nile.
The first stop is the Colossi of
Memnon. These two magnificent
giant statues are all that remains of the mortuary Temple of
Amenhophis III. Legend has it that
they would "sing at sunrise" because
of the unique weaseling sound caused
by the wind that passed through the
rock structure.
Continue to the Royal Tombs at the
Valley of the Kings. This is where
generations of Pharoahs were buried
along with their hidden treasures.
See the tombs, articulate paintings
and sarcophaguses of these great kings.
Last but not least, proceed for the
Temple of Hatshepsut. This
magnificent tomb belonged to
Queen Hatshepsut, the only woman Pharoah to have ruled Egypt. This
monument will leave you in awe as it
appears to be engraved into a giant
mountain.
