Day 01 : Arrival to Beijing
Upon arrival to Beijing, our guide will meet you at the airport. Transfer to the hotel. Rest of day is free leisure, suggest you can walking along the Wangfujing Street at night to enjoy the flourishing, liveliness of Peking night lives.

Day 02 : Beijing
Great Wall of ChinaAfter breakfast, it will be time to visit the Badaling Great Wall. The Badaling Great Wall stretches over 6000 kilometers across China and is one of the few landmarks on earth that can be seen from the moon. The wall symbolizes China’s ancient civilization and construction of the wall began between 476 - 221 BC. Initially, there were different walls built by different kingdoms at strategic points in order to protect them from the northern territories, but in 221 BC, the first Emperor of the Qin Dynasty decided to have the walls linked up and extended into one great wall. According to a Chinese saying; “He who has never been to the Great Wall is not a true man.”

In the afternoon, you will visit the Ming Tombs and the Sacred Way. This burial ground for the Ming Dynasty emperors was carefully chosen according to traditional Fengshui Rules. The Sacred Way marks the entrance to this site and large stone statues are guarding the way to the tombs. After this, we can visit the famous Olympic Park under way to back to the city; (B/L/D)

Day 03 : Beijing
After departure from the hotel, you will visit Tian’anmen Square. As the biggest square in the world, Tian’anmen Square has the capacity to hold half a million people. The Tian’anmen (Gate ofHeavenly Peace) is located opposite the square and is the main entrance to the Forbidden City. The gate was built in 1417 and renovated in 1981. Tian’anmen is one of the most famous icons of China.

Later on, you will visit the Forbidden City, also known as The Imperial Palace. It is the largest and best preserved imperial residence in Chinese history and one of the most populartourist sites. Forbidden City, also known as The Imperial PalaceConstruction of the Forbidden City began in 1406, under the Ming Emperor Yongle, it took 14 years to complete. TheForbidden City covers an area of 150,000 square meters and contains no less than 9,900 rooms.

Afternoon, you will visit the Summer Palace. The palace was initially constructed in the Jin Dynasty 1115-1234, but has been reconstructed many times since then. In 1888, the Empress Dowager Cixi reconstructed it for her own benefit and spent most of her later years there. The Summer Palace has many great lakes and gardens and is beautifully surrounded by the nearby hills. Later, have a trip to the zoo- Panda World, to see the frolicking Pandas, a living Chinese treasure. (B/L/D)

SHANGHAI
Shanghai, China's leading industrial and commercial city and major financial center, is located in the middle of the coast of the Chinese mainland and on the Southern shore of the Yangtze River estuary. The famous Huangpu River flows through Shanghai, which is in the possession of a host of historical scenes and sights that testify to the city's modern-time glory as a national commercial and financial center. The policy of reform and opening up to the outside world has transformed Shanghai into a sophisticated metropolis with a welldeveloped network of transport and telecommunication services. It is also the only city in China to have two international airports-Hongqiao Airport and Pudong Airport, which operate direct flights to and from major cities in more than 20 countries and regions. Getting around in the city has become more convenient than ever with the completion of a series of elevated roads, major bridges, and the subway. Shanghai has a total area of 6,340.5 sq km and a population of 14 million. At present, 60 per cent of all Fortune 500 companies have an office in Shanghai, and 60 with their Asia Pacific headquarter in Shanghai.

The national language is Putonghua (the common speech) or Mandarin, which is one of the five working languages at the United Nations. Most of the 55 minority nationalities have their own languages. Cantonese is one of the local dialects of southern China. As a written language, Chinese has been used for 6,000 years.

Chinese money is called Renminbi (RMB) means "The People's Currency". The popular unit of RMB is yuan" The official exchange rate between U.S. dollar and Renminbi yuan currently is about 1:6.8 (1 dollar = 6.8 yuan). 1 yuan equals 10 jiao, 1 jiao equals 10 fen. There are parts of China where the yuan is also known as Kuai and Jiao is known as mao. Chinese currency is issued in the following denominations: one, two, five, ten, twenty, fifty and one hundred yuan; one, two and five jiao; and one, two and five fen. Many hotels and stores accept major credit cards. At present, the following credit cards can be used in China: Master Card, Visa Card, American Express, JCB and Diners Card. For the convenience of tourists, the Bank of China can cash travelers' checks sold by international commercial banks and travelers' check companies in the United States, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Britain, France, Switzerland, Germany and other countries and regions. Also the Bank of China sells travelers' checks for such banks as American Express, Citibank, Tongjilong Travelers' Check Co., the Sumitomo Bank of Japan, the Swiss Banking Corporation and others.
