This afternoon tour takes you to the outskirt of Denpasar, Bali’s Capital city to visit a Batik processing center. The art of Batik, which incorporates a delicate process of drawing, waxing and dyeing is an ancient art indigenous to Indonesia. The fabric was once the exclusive attributes to the royal families are now a national pride of the population. The tour will proceed to the village of Mengwi with the 17th century Taman Ayun temple, a legacy of its glorious kingdom’s era. Visit the nearby sacred monkey forest of Alas Kedaton. The afternoon will be ended with a spectacular sunset at Tanah lot temple.

Enjoy a pleasant short ride along the hills of Bali’s southern peninsula. This area, known as Bukit, offers a landscape and topography unequaled by any other regions of the island. Unlike the majority lush tropical country sides which owed their fertile soils to the volcanoes that dotted the central highlands, this arid terrain-formed by millennia of coral sedimentations is a world of its own. Their beautiful-yet-wild beaches are heaven for surfers. In the corner of this peninsula, perched on a sheer cliff, is a highly venerated Uluwatu temple. A performance of The Ramayana epic-based Kecak Dance with the majestic temple and sunset as its background, will give a climax to this memorable evening. The tour ends up at Jimbaran Beach to enjoy Seafood dinner, served on the beach.

Our first stop will be at Serangan Island which is known as Turtle Island where you will see so many turtle life and it will be very possible to touch their heads as they like. Continue to Denpasar city to enjoy the unique tour which is created to have you experience riding an old Balinese Horse Cart called “Dokar” which remain exists in Bali. Riding horse cart to visit the largest traditional Kumbasari Market in Denpasar.  Strolling inside Kumbasari Market to see Balinese sell variety of spices, vegetables, offerings and many other basic needs. Afterwards continue drive by car to Tohpati village which is known for its batik waxing.

This half day tour will take you to explore a unique artist village of Ubud, a heaven of art lovers and one of the most pristine area on the Island of Bali. The tour will begin by visiting Art and Gallery in Ubud with its elaborately painting arts. Continue to visit Ubud market which the followed by stopping at Sukawati Market. Tour will end by visiting Tohpati village which is much known for its batik waxing industry. Afterwards back to hote.

Enroute to the mountainous district of Kintamani we shall make a stop to see the colorful barong and Kris Dance in Batubulan. After the performance we visit the village of Celuk, is the gold and silver work center; Batuan village with its Balinese traditional house compound; Mas, famous for wood carvings and watch the workers enfolding intricate designs from the many varieties of woods. Continue visit to Goa Gajah or elephant cave. This was an ancient monastery of Hindu and Buddhist monks who used to meditate in the cave. It is believed that the cave was built in the early 11th century. Then drive up to reach Tampaksiring with its holy spring waters. In Kintamani enjoy the panorama of the semi-active volcano, Mount Batur which stands majestically over the beautiful Batur lake whilst enjoying lunch.
