Booking & Payment Procedure :

• An application form should be submitted 30 days prior to the provisional tour date along with INR 5000/- in cash or cheque/demand draft as a token of confirmation to process the tour formalities including visa and permit for Kailash Mansarovar. This amount is not refundable but adjusted later with tour cost.
• For processing Kailash booking, the following detail must be disclosed as in the passport. Full name, date of birth, issue date of passport, expiry date, nationality, gender, occupation, two passport sized photograph, mailing address, contact number with email & mobile if available.
• Upon the receipt of INR 5000/- Travel Relation will confirm the booking within 3 days. After confirmation, balance payment is required to settle immediately. The booking will be considered as cancelled if the payment is not received 26 days prior to the commencement of travel date.

Cancellation Policy :

• Full refund will be done if Travel Relation or Chinese Authority cancels the tour or failure to obtain visa due to technical reason.
• If the tour is cancelled by the traveller 21 days prior to travel date there will be no cancellation charge except the non-refundable initial booking amount of INR 5000/-.
• There will be 50% cancellation charge if the tour is cancelled between 11 – 21 days from the actual date of travel.
• There is NO REFUND on cancellation of tour within 10 days from travel date or No Show, delay in arrival or whatsoever reason when the tour is actually launched and confirmed.

• It is necessary that the traveller understand well about the nature of Kailash Yatra. Certain risks are involved while travelling through such remote mountainous terrain without availability of proper medical facilities and evacuation service. The road to Kailash is rough, dry and dusty and may pass through heavy snowfall and landslide.
• The tour itinerary of Kailash Mansarovar can be changed without prior notice due to unavoidable circumstances such as: Political unrest, natural calamities, health condition of traveller and changes made by the Chinese Authority. In this connection, the group may stay back for longer period and may incur extra expense that should be settled by traveller.
• For your own safety reason, we strongly advise for necessary medical check-up for travel over 12 days in high altitude Mountains between 4,000 to 5,300mt above sea level in Tibet. In this connection, please consult with professional medical doctor who can guide you better.
