DOCUMENTATION CHECK LIST

To process your visas, we would require the following documents:

1.	Original passport with minimum 06 months validity, from the date of travel.	Required		Submitted

3.	Recent Photographs, POLAROID PHOTOS NOT ACCEPTED(With White background and no border size. 35 x 45 mm. with matte finish paper)
4.	Overseas Mediclaim policy.
5.	Foreign Exchange Endorsement.
6.	Covering letter/s to the consulate (sample format enclosed).
7.	Photocopy Income Tax Return for last 03 years/Advance Payment Certificate.
8.	Original Bank Statment A 4 size paper(duly varify the bank manager with rubber stamp and phone no.).
9.	LIC Policy, Fixed Deposit Certificates.
10.	Partnership deed incase of partnership firm.
11.	Private Limited Company – Memorandum & Articles of Association.
12.	NOC Certificate and Letter of leave from employer.
13.	Form 16A or TDS for salaried persons.
14.	If retired, then Retirement Letter and / or pension proof.
15.	Marriage Certificate/ Wedding Card if traveling in Maiden name.
16.	NOC from Bride’s father.
17.	If Minor not traveling with both parents an affidavit/NOC letter of consent from the other parent is required.
18.	If Minor traveling with any person other than parents an affidavit/NOC, letter of consent from the parent is required.
19.	Bonafide certificate / Identity card from the school if student is not traveling during their vacation period.
20.	Please show original documents at the time of Submission of Application for Verification
21.	Application form fully completed and signed by applicant
22.	Travel itinerary (optional but strongly recommended).
23.	Proof of social and/or professional status(for example cover letter detailing purpose of trip or leave authorization from the employer of the applicant,proof of Board Membership for liberal professionals,letter from Medical Institutions incase of doctors,from University in case of researchers, etc. )
24.	Proof of adequate financial guarantees(original to be shown and photo copy to be submitted): a)Salary slips/certificates of the last three months or b)Status of person al bank account for the last six months(strongly recommended for first time applicants)
25.	a).Confirmed hotel booking or b).Sponsorship letter from the sponsor.passport photo copy of the sponser. accompanied by : attested copy of Sponsor’s Stay Permit.
26.	For children / Students(applicationt signed by both parents)Incase a minor is travelling unaccompanied or with only one of the parents a no-objection letter from the parent who is not travelling needs to be submitted
27.	One Photocopy of Passport(Front Page)Additional documents may be required for that please contact to us..
28.	For student school diary.

For UK / USA Visa, personal appearance is required. Please keep in mind that other consulates may also
